Build a simple links page or a categorized one and start looking for other websites that have related content and target audience. Use free services such as Link Market and Link Metro to find 100`s of potential link partners.The search engines love finding links to your website and will send traffic to you for your efforts. But, be patient as google will "sandbox" your site for about 6 months before you will see alot of traffic from them.
